Dr. Aicha Hull is a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine physician, an Army Officer, the Program Director of an Advanced Emergency Ultrasound (AEMUS) Fellowship, and a mother of twins. She grew up on a remote ranch in Idaho and spent nine years as a wildland firefighter before transitioning to a career in medicine. After earning her MD and completing her Emergency Medicine residency, Dr. Hull served in operational military roles, deploying to Egypt and Afghanistan. Recognizing the critical role of point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS), she returned to academia to complete an AEMUS fellowship and is now a passionate advocate for POCUS across all medical disciplines.
