Mr Brian K. Mbugua is a dedicated Clinician, Cardiac Sonographer, and Echocardiography Instructor with a strong background in Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS). He holds a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) and further specializes in Echocardiography and ECG through a certification course at KMTC.

His ultrasound expertise extends beyond cardiac imaging, having undergone advanced training in Obstetric and Gynecological, eFAST, and Lung Ultrasound. As an instructor in Echocardiography and ECG, he is passionate about teaching and equipping healthcare providers with hands-on ultrasound skills to improve patient care.

With a commitment to advancing ultrasound education and bedside diagnostics, Mr. Brian K. Mbugua aims to contribute to GUSI’s mission by delivering high-quality POCUS training and fostering ultrasound proficiency among healthcare professionals.
