Edwin Serrano is an IT graduate with a strong background in the BPO industry, where he has been active since 2014. He began his career at GUSI Philippines in sales and lead generation and is now collaborating in general IT support. Edwin has a genuine passion for his work, particularly with GUSI.

In his personal life, Edwin enjoys spending quality time with his family, especially with their newborn. He loves outdoor activities, such as visiting waterfalls and beaches, and enjoys motorcycle rides. Traveling is a major passion for him, as he seeks to discover new places, meet diverse people, and learn about different cultures. Additionally, he enjoys taking videos, exploring film-making, and vlogging. A bit of a dancer, Edwin embraces creativity in many forms.
