Jepchumba Tanui is a registered diagnostic radiographer with a keen interest in sonography. She currently holds a Diploma in Radiography and a Higher National Diploma in sonography from the Kenya Medical Training College. She has vast expertise in general diagnostic sonography. However, she has taken a keen interest in obstetrics/gynecology and maternal-fetal medicine as she currently works in Jacaranda Maternity and Family Hospital.

Jepchumba is also certified in musculoskeletal ultrasound following a hands-on workshop organized by the Society of Radiography in Kenya (SORK) in partnership in Mindray. Passionate about research, medical education and stellar patient outcomes, she has developed a keen interest in POCUS where she is committed to empowering fellow healthcare professionals, while at the same time advancing its use.
