Laura Holmes BSc (Hons) PGDip is a Sonographer having trained in Diagnostic medical imaging at the University of Exeter followed by a PGDip Medical Ultrasound at City, University of London. Laura has been scanning for 12 years working in both the NHS and private sector scanning general abdominal, obstetrics and gynecology, renal, and testes ultrasound where she has also had the opportunity to train other student sonographers. She has been approached to assist in the training of POCUS by a local GP and is excited to teach others what she has learned over the years. She hopes this will benefit many patients enabling them to receive more timely diagnoses and treatments.

In her spare time, Laura loves to sing, sea swim, and bake for her family and friends
