Sebastian Schoneich

Sebastian is a family physician from Lawrence, Kansas, currently an Assistant Clinical Professor in Family Medicine & POCUS at the University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School and staff physician at an FQHC in Austin, TX. Following residency training at the University of Michigan, he completed a novel Advanced Primary Care POCUS fellowship at UM in the departments of Family and Emergency Medicine with a focus on reducing barriers to care in limited resource primary care settings. He has experience in limited resource settings in urban Kansas City, rural Zambia, the northeast New Mexico wilderness, and several years working at a rural NW New Mexico Indian Health Services clinic where POCUS was indispensable.
