Dr. Odette Zero is a family medicine physician with special interest in full-spectrum family medicine for underserved and immigrant patient populations. She learned about POCUS during medical school at Brown University and developed skills in POCUS during her residency training at Swedish First Hill and the Downtown Family Medicine, located within the King County Public Health Department in Seattle, WA. She strongly believes in POCUS as a vehicle for health equity in low-resource settings, and as a Guatemalan-American physician, hopes to support expansion of POCUS access in Guatemala and beyond. In her free time, she enjoys reading, tennis, traveling and tending to her house plants.
