Phillis Nakhumicha Wekesa is a Registered Clinical Officer and specialized Cardiac Sonographer with a strong focus on point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) training and community-based healthcare delivery. She also serves as a POCUS instructor, supporting the training of healthcare professionals in practical ultrasound applications to improve patient care outcomes.

With over seven years of experience, Phillis has been actively involved in delivering community-centered, portable care models that bring essential diagnostic services closer to underserved populations. She is the Clinical Officer in Charge of the Bigpic Milo Family Care Program, where she leads the implementation of clinical services and oversees program delivery to enhance access to quality care at the community level.

Phillis is deeply passionate about patient-centered care and remains committed to improving healthcare access through innovation, training, and compassionate service.
