What’s Covered

What’s Not Covered
The following items are not eligible for refund:

- Bank or payment processing fees imposed by financial institutions or third party payment processors including Stripe
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago
- Subscription renewals that have been automatically processed (please refer to our cancellation policy for subscription-related refunds)

Refund Processing
Payment Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase through our third party payment processor, Stripe. We are not responsible for the processing time or method of refund distribution by Stripe.
Access Termination
Upon approval of your refund, access to all digital products and materials will be immediately terminated. Any downloaded materials must be deleted upon refund processing. You will no longer have access to online platforms, communities, or support related to the digital products purchased.
Important Limitations
One-Time Policy
Our 30-day guarantee is limited to one refund per customer per digital product. Users who have previously received refunds may not be eligible for future guarantee claims on the same digital products.
Fraudulent Claims

Advance Payments
If you provided an advance payment on your purchase, we will issue you a refund of the advance payment that you made if we approve your refund request.

IF, DESPITE THE LIMITATION ABOVE, Global Ultrasound Institute IS FOUND LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE WHICH ARISES OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR REFUND REQUEST, THEN THE LIABILITY OF Global Ultrasound Institute WILL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE YOU PAID TO Global Ultrasound Institute IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH TRANSACTION(S) ON THIS Application.
