Mai Hong

Mai Hong is a strategic operations leader with over a decade of experience driving transformation in healthcare, health tech, and client services. As an operator, problem-solver, and builder, she specializes in scaling organizations through operational redesign, cross-functional collaboration, and the implementation of high-impact workflows that improve efficiency, employee engagement, and client experience. She has led teams through rapid growth phases and has built multiple departments from the ground up, including client services, patient navigation, and people operations.

Her career spans leadership roles at Cleerly, Teladoc (formerly Livongo), and Advocate Health Care. She holds a Master of Public Health from Boston University, and in a past life was a teacher in Chicago Public Schools. Outside of work, she likes to foster dogs for her local shelter and enjoys trail running.
