Riz Gleanne F. Lauron is a Registered Psychometrician (RPM) and a Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) with experience in human resources and administrative support since graduation. Throughout their career, Riz has developed a strong appreciation for people management and believes that even the smallest improvements in processes can create meaningful impact on both individuals and organizations. Known for valuing structure, organization, and accuracy, Riz enjoys creating efficient systems that help teams work better. At the same time, a curious and adventurous mindset fuels a passion for continuous learning and self-discovery, often embracing challenges that push beyond familiar boundaries. Outside of work, Riz expresses creativity through drawing and finds joy in bringing ideas to life with color.
