Veronica Navales

Veronica Camille Navales is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of San Carlos, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2024. She holds two professional credentials — a Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) and a Registered Psychometrician (RPM) — reflecting her commitment to the HR profession and her foundation in the science of human behavior. With nearly two years of experience spanning human resources and administrative support, she has built a career on one unwavering belief: that people deserve to be seen, supported, and given the conditions to thrive.

At her core, Veronica is purpose-driven — someone who finds meaning in being of service to others and always asking how she can make someone’s experience a little better, a little fairer, and a little more human. It is this belief that drew her naturally to HR and administrative support, fields where meaningful impact is created not from the spotlight, but through the systems, structures, and human connections that hold everything together. That same spirit carries into her personal commitment to mental health awareness, something she holds close not just as a professional value, but as a deeply lived one.

Outside of work, Veronica lives by a mantra of continuous and experiential learning — one that shows up in every corner of her life. She is an enthusiastic pickleball player, an avid Formula 1 fan, and someone who, when the world gets too loud, seeks out places that make her feel beautifully small. She believes that perspective is everything, and it is that same perspective she brings into her work every day — showing up consistently, compassionately, and with intention.
