Administrative Staff

Katrina earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Philippines Cebu, graduating with cum laude honors. Throughout her academic journey, she was driven by a commitment to balancing personal growth with a meaningful contribution to her community. This dedication to service was further reflected in her role as the External Vice-Chairperson of the UP Psychology Majors Association, where she had the opportunity to develop her skills in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and advocacy. Her internship at Rockwell Land Corporation in 2024 provided a valuable foundation in the recruitment process, where she supported end-to-end talent acquisition for roles ranging from entry-level to supervisory positions.

Following her graduation, Katrina took on a temporary role as a Marketing and Operations Associate at La Marea Pastry Shops Corp. During this time, she enjoyed contributing to both store operations and brand development, gaining experience in performance tracking, logistical planning for new branches, and creative content support. She subsequently transitioned into a professional role as an HR Shared Services Associate for a global POS systems company. In this capacity, she provides comprehensive, end-to-end human resources support for the North America (NAMER) region, serving as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers while ensuring data integrity and seamless cross-functional collaboration.

In her current position as a Clinical Admin and Content Support, Katrina draws upon these versatile experiences with the sincere hope of being a truly valuable contribution to her organization. By harmonizing the collaborative discipline honed in her previous HR and operations roles with her creative instincts, she is deeply committed to integrating these diverse skill sets to provide the thoughtful, well-rounded support necessary to foster efficiency, clear communication, and collective success within her team.
