Hannah Ducay

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2024 with academic distinction. During her academic journey, she completed her internship as a Human Resources Intern at Mercedes-Benz Group Services Philippines, Inc., where she supported recruitment, training and development, and employee engagement initiatives. She also served as a Guidance Counselor Intern at Cebu Doctors’ University, facilitating training sessions for first-year college students and conducting one-on-one check-ins with medical students.

After graduation, she began her professional career as a Human Resources Business Partner Support, where she managed end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. After eight months in the role, she dedicated her time to preparing for the Psychometrician Licensure Examination, which she successfully passed, earning her Registered Psychometrician credential.

She currently works as an Executive Virtual Assistant, providing administrative and operational support to U.S.-based clients, while also serving as an Instructor Support at GUSI. Although her professional background spans multiple fields, each experience has strengthened her adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals and teams. These experiences have shaped her into a dependable professional who is committed to continuous learning and making meaningful contributions.
