GUSI-OHSU MSK Ultrasound for Primary Care – Cadaver Course June 7-8, 2025 | Portland, OR | 15-16 CME
NEW COURSE: This two-day, in-person course is designed to help primary care clinicians learn the basics of diagnostic and injection techniques with ultrasound.
On day One, hands-on scanning supervision by faculty will help each learner master the basic diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound exams.
On day Two, cadavers will be used to allow participants to practice the basic musculoskeletal ultrasound injection techniques. 15-16 hours over two days, CME eligible.
Access to GUSI’s online MSK Essentials course is included (available upon registration up to 10/01/2025).

OB POCUS Review
GUSI is partnering with Swedish Health to deliver our acclaimed in-person Point of Care Ultrasound experience which combines high-yield lectures and hands-on scanning sessions of pregnant volunteer model patients in an inclusive, collaborative, learning environment. The course is taught by a multidisciplinary group of FM-OB, OBGYN and MFM physicians who are both skilled POCUS practitioners and passionate educators. 3. Amniotic Fluid Assessment
4. Placental Location
5. Fetal Heart Rate.
Build confidence with new skills in: 1st trimester pregnancy dating and troubleshooting; Basic 2nd/3rd trimester dating with biometry; Ectopic pregnancy evaluation; Ultrasound for IUD care; and how to perform a biophysical profile.
